Blindly Bookish
Born in Radz-at-Han, Avesi led a quiet life along with her scholar mother. Being of very weak constitution and near-sighted, her infancy didn’t lend itself to much adventuring outside of book pages, and she had few friends, though it prompted in her a longing for the idea of travel. The book dealings put her in close contact with the Arcanist guild, book hoarders by profession, and finally, after twenty-two years of cloistered rearing, the Auri found guts to leave the nest, and with prayers to Llymlaen embarked to Limsa Lominsa, where an acquaintance within the guild helped her start her new life.She’s bookish, not too experienced with the world, which shows, and is readily accepting of tall tales, since books make no distinction. In spite of, or because of that sheltered lifestyle, she has very little fear, believing something in vast knowledge of books will probably fit to any situation and help her along. She can come across as overly formal sometimes, hiding her emotions behind a professional (or what she thinks is professional) façade.
Hair: Platinum blonde.
Eyes: Light pink iris fading to a orange limbal ring. Glasses.
Height: 4'9 (150cm)
Body: Waifish build, with very little muscle mass. Avesi has the usual Raen white scales, although they have a twinge of iridescence to them.
From her Xaela father she has a single black scale, on the back of her neck.
After twenty-two years of a sheltered living in Radz-at-Han, Avesi decided to strike out and become a wandering adventurer herself. Her naivety led her to trust "guides" in the desert, in Little Ala Mhigo, where Avesi was promptly robbed, though she escaped beaten and bruised, it wasn't without landing a blow to the robbers first. Chance, and needing medical care, led her to meeting H'aru, the leader of Embers, a adventurer's company offering medical services, among other things. After a talk and some healing, a job offer had been made, and Avesi set on her new path to joining the Free Company - and perhaps learning what she lacks to truly become an adventurer.

Daughter of a book merchant, Avesi is a known enough face on the
Arcanist and Summoner circles since a young age. Her own bookish
nature made it so she climbed the ranks of the guild pretty quickly,
for a newcomer at least.#3
She is a recent hire of Embers Medical Co., and now manager of the Embers'
Apothecary, in Lavender Beds, offering services to the community. If you are in
